BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please Read Before Booking
- Appointments are confirmed only after the required deposit is received.
- Please arrive on time. A grace period of up to 15 minutes is allowed.
- Arriving later than 15 minutes may affect the service quality.
- If you arrive 20 minutes or more after your appointment time, the salon reserves the right to cancel the appointment and the deposit will be forfeited.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
The deposit will be deducted from your final service price on the appointment day.
Deposits are non-transferable.
CARD PAYMENT NOTICE
For credit and debit card payments, a standard 6% Stripe processing fee applies.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Reference Photos & Expectations
Clients are welcome to bring reference photos.
Reference images are used as a guideline only.
Final results may vary depending on natural brows, skin condition, and facial structure.
Our artists will always consult with you before starting the service.
